What is CircleDNA?

How are genetics related to any success traits?
Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) are a modern scientific method that enables researchers to identify genes that are involved in various traits. This approach involves searching for small genetic variations, known as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), that occur more frequently in people with a particular trait than in people without the trait. GWAS studies have identified various genes that contribute to neural development, neurotransmitter systems, cognitive processing, and spatial reasoning, all of which are essential for the development of success traits such as intelligence quotient (IQ), mathematical skills, and language ability.At CircleDNA, we continually review the latest scientific studies and integrate research findings into our algorithm to interpret and predict the genetic impact of IQ and other success traits. By analyzing variations in your DNA, we can provide insights into your genetic predispositions for specific traits, including intelligence, creativity, and emotional regulation.
What can I do to improve my abilities in areas where I’m not genetically gifted?
Intelligence Quotient, Mathematical Skills, and other success traits are complex traits influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. Although many studies have identified numerous genes involved in these traits, the degree of genetic contribution varies between individuals. Other factors, such as personality, family environment, educational and training opportunities, culture, and childhood experiences, also play a role in the development of these traits.Musical Ability involves the ability to interpret and express thoughts through music, creativity, responding to music, acquiring technical skills, and making sense of music. Dancing Ability involves the neural science of the brain, covering dance observation, integration of movement and sound, creativity, and motor performance. Our test only measures the genetic part of these abilities. The performance aspect also includes technical and expressive aspects that can be developed through lengthy periods of engagement with practice and exploration, material support from family and school, and early experiences with music and dance that promote affective experiences.If you are not genetically gifted in these areas, there are still ways to improve these traits through deliberate and consistent effort.
